Abstract

In this work we present some elements that help in the reflection about the teaching and learning of Statistics in careers related to Health in the UCM. Nowadays Statistics is conceived as a transversal science, with application in several fields of knowledge. It is convenient to make efforts so that the students regard and assume Statistics as a way to reflect and have them understand that it is an important element for the communication of professionals of different areas.
